All payments made for room or event bookings are non-refundable, and in case of a no-show, the full room rate for all reserved nights will be charged.

Indian nationals must present a valid original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport) at check-in; foreign nationals must present their original Passport with a valid Indian visa; and the primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

Can non-resident visitors enter the rooms and villas?

Non-resident visitors are not permitted inside the rooms or villas of resident guests between 9 PM and 9 AM.

What payment methods are accepted for reservations?

Room reservations are confirmed only against advance payment by cash deposit, credit or debit card, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI; cheques are not accepted.

Is smoking allowed at the resort?

Smoking is strictly prohibited across all areas of our resort, including restaurants, the lobby, fitness centre, swimming pool, banquet halls, and all rooms and villas, in compliance with government regulations.
