5 Elements: Vows Among Earth, Water, Sky, Wind and Fire


5 Elements is the resort’s signature wedding venue. Mid Bay sits beside the swimming pool, with the Amphitheatre alongside it, and together they seat 200 guests. Weddings here are solemnised in the presence of all five elements: earth, water, sky, wind and fire. The setting suits couples who want a ceremony outdoors, framed by water and greenery rather than walls.

Wedding Lawns for Larger Celebrations


Verdant lawns flank Mid Bay and the Amphitheatre, and the resort’s event lawns suit larger gatherings:

  • Lilaea North and Lilaea South: Space for another 200 to 250 guests beside the 5 Elements venue

  • The Oval Lawn: 18,000 sq. ft., up to 2,000 guests, with a DJ setup

  • The Lords Lawn: 44,100 sq. ft., up to 5,000 guests, with a DJ setup

The Lilaea lawns work well for a ceremony that grows beyond 200 guests, since guests can move between the lawns and the 5 Elements venue without leaving the same stretch of grounds. The Oval and Lords Lawns are built for receptions and celebrations on a much larger scale.

Banquet Halls for Indoor Functions


For indoor functions, the resort has six pillarless banquet halls: Trafalgar Square, Trafalgar 1-4 and Tudor. The largest, Trafalgar Square, spans 3,642 sq. ft. with a 21-foot ceiling and a pre-function area. It holds up to 500 guests as a floating crowd or 350 in a theatre setting, and it can be subdivided as needed. The halls give a wedding party a covered option for receptions and family functions, and two boardrooms seating 12 and 16 guests suit smaller meetings.

Stage, Sound and Photography


Wedding functions often need more than a venue. The resort can arrange LED walls, stage and backdrop setups, PA systems, cordless and collar microphones, and still, video and drone photography. These are chargeable, and select items need three days’ advance notice, so raise them early when you enquire.

Ocean Spray has five dining outlets:

  • Amber: International à la carte restaurant, open 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, seating 75 guests

  • Tea Lounge: Coffee and light refreshments, open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seating 40 guests

  • Lotosas: A floating restaurant on the lake, available only for private gatherings of 40 or more and seating up to 120, with booking mandatory

  • Ska: Bar cum discotheque, open 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seating 80 guests

  • Bisous: Alfresco poolside bar, open 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Lotosas suits private pre-wedding gatherings, and Ska and Bisous give guests places to unwind between functions.

The resort offers three rooms and four villas, all with lake views. Ferns, Cascade and Heavens are 472 sq. ft. each. Bermuda and Santtorini are 622 sq. ft., Guadeloupe is 1,146 sq. ft., and Tahiti is 1,521 sq. ft. with a private plunge pool. Most room types and villas accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children, but if you need extra room, Guadeloupe and Tahiti hold up to 4 adults and 2 children. Before the wedding, Hoshi Wellness Spa, open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, offers massages and a couples’ spa.
